Cybersecurity Analyst

A critical infrastructure operator in the Port of Rotterdam is strengthening its security operations centre and needs a Senior Cybersecurity Analyst to join the team. You will be responsible for threat detection and incident response across OT and IT environments, working with SIEM platforms, EDR tools, and network monitoring solutions.

Day-to-day responsibilities include analysing security alerts, conducting forensic investigations, developing detection rules and playbooks, and collaborating with the vulnerability management team to prioritise remediation efforts. You will also contribute to the organisation's NIS2 compliance programme and participate in regular red team/blue team exercises.

The ideal candidate holds CISSP, CISM, or equivalent certification and has 5+ years of experience in SOC operations or incident response. Familiarity with industrial control systems (ICS/SCADA) security is strongly preferred. Experience with Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, or Elastic Security is required.

This is a full-time onsite role in Rotterdam. Due to the nature of the environment, candidates must be eligible for security clearance in the Netherlands. BloomAI provides contract administration, invoicing, and compliance support for the duration of the assignment.
